Program:  segy2disk
Purpose:  Read a SEG-Y tape to disk.
Usage:     segy2disk device-name

     The tape device must be Berkeley (tape is positioned after the file mark
when the file mark is detected) and "no rewind" when the Unix command 
completes.

     A new disk file is created for every tape file.  The disk file is 
named    day.DDD-HHMMz.segy    where DDD is the day of year, HH the hour
of day, MM the minute of hour of the first trace in the file.
