Program: segd2disk
Purpose: Read a SEG-D tape to disk.
Usage: segy2disk device-name output-directory

The tape device must be Berkeley (tape is positioned after the file mark
when the file mark is detected) and "no rewind" when the Unix command
completes.

A new disk file is created for every tape file (shot). The disk file is
named X.sgd where X is the counter of tapes files read by segd2disk.
The file counter starts with 1 everytime segd2disk is initiated, meaning
that if segd2disk is used on the same tape without rewinding, different
tape files will have different file names and there will be duplicate file
names.

Sun Example:
segd2disk /dev/rmt/2stbn /tmp
